Sue Keith, Managing Partner
After many years as a marketing consultant to clients in the telecom, technology, satellite and association sectors, Sue joined Ceres Talent to marry her passion for helping organizations build effective marketing strategies with her passion for connecting great people. Today she helps match awesome marketers with clients who are struggling with what she likes to call work overload/staff under-load, are looking for a particular marketing expertise or need coverage for an employee who is going on leave. Sue started her career as an auditor for Deloitte & Touche, then made the leap to marketing when she joined MCI, followed by a succession of senior marketing positions at various telecom companies. She serves on the Marketing and Communications Committee for Northern Virginia Family Service (NVFS). She earned a BBA in Accounting from James Madison University and is a recovering CPA. Kathy McConnell, Managing Partner
Following more than 25 years in the marketing field as an employee and consultant to clients in the telecom and technology industries, Kathy joined Ceres Talent to focus on matching excellent marketers with clients in need of marketing talent to cover interim or permanent marketing needs. With a keen understanding of marketing and a love for helping people, Kathy finds matchmaking great marketers with clients who need them to be both fun and fulfilling. Kathy began her career in finance and quickly realized she was much more interested in developing and marketing new product offerings. With her passion for all things marketing, Kathy rose through the management ranks and decided to take her marketing expertise to a new level as a marketing consultant. Debbie Willis, Controller
Debbie is Ceres Talent’s secret weapon. She oversees Ceres’ finance and accounting operations, including cash management, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll processing. Debbie manages our day-to-day operations and works closely with our consultants to ensure they are properly onboarded and, most importantly, compensated on a timely basis. Prior to joining Ceres, Debbie worked as an environmental consultant for eight years and ran a consultancy providing bookkeeping services to small businesses.
